  • Who is a therapist?

    Therapists on GMD have been registered, trained, and have extensive experience as Practitioner Psychologists, Accredited Counsellors, or other recognized professional certifications. All therapists have a relevant degree in their field and have gone through at least three years of experience. Additionally, they have to be qualified and accredited by their professional organization after fulfilling the necessary education, exams, training, practice, and supervision criteria.

  • Is GMD right for me?

    You are in need of immediate medical or psychiatric care If you are looking to improve your quality of life and don't fit into any of the above categories, then GMD may be able to help. We offer a variety of therapists who specialize in a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, relationships, parenting, depression, addictions, eating, sleeping, trauma, anger, family conflicts, LGBT matters, grief, religion, self-esteem and much more. If you feel that any of these issues are impacting your life, GMD could be the perfect solution.

  • How much does it cost

    GMD therapy prices vary between €0 - €100 per week (billed every 4-week period) depending on your location, preferences, and the availability of therapists. You are free to cancel your membership whenever you choose and for whatever reason.

  • How will I communicate with my therapist?

    Therapy can be accessed in four distinct forms: one-on-one meetings, exchanging messages with a therapist, live chatting, telephone conversations and video conferencing. Depending on individual needs, availability and convenience, these methods can be used interchangeably.

  • What evidence is there that addiction therapy is effective?

    Studies have shown that addiction therapy can be effective in helping individuals to identify and manage triggers, develop coping skills, and reduce substance abuse. Additionally, research has also shown that addiction therapy can lead to improved overall mental and physical health.

  • Does GMD offer in-person therapy?

    Yes, GMD specialists offer face-to-face therapy as well as virtual therapy options.
